Sponsoring Vendor Information


Thank you so much for your sponsorship and we look forward to seeing you at Novacoast's All Hands 2021!
The following information will help you plan for the conference. 


Conference Attendance
Vendor participation at Novacoast's All Hands is limited to SPONSORING VENDORS ONLY.

$595 per person

  • Includes dinner on Wednesday and Thursday.
  • Lunch on Thursday and Friday
  • Breakfast on Thursday and Friday
  • Purchase your Novapass by December 11, 2020

Hotel Room Block
The rooms must be booked on the block by Dec 1, 2020 and are subject to hotel availability.  The Novacoast All Hands Conference room rate is $185/nt + tax.  You may book your room directly with the Hyatt using this LINK.  

You must book your hotel separately from registration.  Your registration does NOT include the hotel stay.  

Marketing Materials
All logos, RSVPs, and promotional bag items must be received by December 28, 2020.  
Do not ship items for the Welcome Bags directly to the hotel.  

Meals
Only meals specifically outlined in the contract are included in your sponsorship package. 

Packages/Shipments
Vendors participating in the Meeting Presentations and the Friday Vendor Expo, please ship your items (with the exception of your Welcome Bag items) to the hotel per their directions.  Information about fees for hotel shipments and limitations can be found here.  All shipping costs to/from the conference are at your expense.  

Parking
Parking charges are at your expense. 

Travel

All travel costs related to the conference are at your expense.
