Vendor Shipments
Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials, which will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hotel. Failure to do so this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when required. The Hotel's receiving entrance is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Exhibitors Shipping & Receiving Information:
When shipping materials to the hotel, please include the following information on all packages to insure proper delivery and storage:

We recommend that you have a packing slip both inside and outside of each package. In addition, please send all packages prepaid and make sure to record and bring the airbill or tracking numbers of all packages shipped to the hotel. Please do not ship any packages more than (3) days prior to your arrival.
Delivery charges for boxes shipped to/from the hotel are according to the following scale:
Packages = $8.00/ per box
Pallets = $100.00 / per pallet

Guests will be responsible for the packing and return shipping of all packages. Before leaving the hotel, make sure proper instructions have been given to Guest Services regarding any items to be shipped out of the hotel.
Packages for use at the Long Beach Convention Center should not be shipped to the hotel for transport to the Convention Center. In addition to the hotel delivery fee, you will be charged an additional per box fee of $6.00 for deliveries to the Convention Center. Deliveries can only be taken to the front entrance of the Convention Center.
