Eligibility
Novacoast employees may bring their spouse (or other adult guest) to All Hands*. This page will give you information regarding events that you (the spouse/guest) are encouraged to attend and meetings that are for Novacoast employees only.
Should I come to Novacoast's All Hands?
YES!!! Novacoast encourages employees to bring their spouse/guest to enjoy Long Beach to meet their co-workers and have a great time at the events.
Travel
Specific policies regarding spouse travel can be found on the Policies page of this web site.
Children
Novacoast does NOT recommended that employees bring minor children to All Hands. Minors will not be allowed to attend any of the evening events. Further information can be found on the Policies page.
Meals
Meals provided Wednesday - Friday during the meeting times are for employees only and will be served in meeting rooms. Breakfast Saturday morning is available for Novacoast employees and their guest.
Evening Events
All Novacoast employees are welcome to bring their spouse/guest with them to any of the evening events on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights.

What to do Thursday?
Meet other Novacoast spouses/guests from 8:30 AM* - 9:30 AM* on Thursday morning in The Beacon Ballroom. We will have information about things to do around the Long Beach area.

Any Group Guest Activities?
Novacoast has arranged an exclusive Long Beach Food Tour for our guests. Lots of fun, be sure your novacoast employee RSVP's for you during registration. The tour is available on Thursday and Friday. You can sign up to attend either day.

General Schedule for Guests of All Hands Conference Attendees
Wednesday, January 8
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Dinner at Gladstone's. Just a 5 minute walk from the Hyatt. Gladstone's is located across the street. Take the bridge or cross Pine Avenue.
Thursday, January 9
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Guest breakfast meet and greet in the Beacon Ballroom. A representative from the Long Beach Visitors Bureau will be on site to talk about local activities.
10:45 AM - 2:00 PM Meet in Hyatt Lobby for Beach City Food Tour
6:45 PM - 10:00 PM Awards Dinner aboard the Sir Winston. Boarding the yacht is just over the pedestrian bridge, less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Friday, January 10
10:45 AM - 2:00 PM Meet in Hyatt Lobby for Beach City Food Tour
7:00 PM Kick Off the New Year Party and Casino Night Dinner in the Hyatt Regency Grand Ballroom.
Saturday, January 11
7:00 AM - 10:30 AM Open seating breakfast buffet for all employees and their guest.
