Guest Cost for Probationary Full Time Employees or Part Timers
Employees must attain 2+ years of service by December 31, 2019 in order to bring a guest at Novacoast’s expense.* Employees within the first two years of employment may elect to bring a guest at their own cost.
*If you were eligible to bring a guest to All Hands 2019, you may bring a guest to All Hands 2020
If you would like to bring an adult guest and are not eligible for a Novacoast hosted guest, the costs are as follows:

Wednesday night $95 per guest

Thursday night $195 per guest

Friday night $195 per guest.

If you bring an adult guest, you will be responsible for all other charges including but not limited to: airfare, airport transfers, parking, optional tours, hotel charges and surcharges.
You can register your guest and pay by credit card for the events they will attending during the registration process. You will be responsible for their travel to/from Long Beach, CA.
There is a cancelation policy for all registered evening events. If you need to cancel your guest after December 20, 2019, there is no refund for events purchased.
